Dr. Snehal Godbole is an Assistant Professor in the School of Business at MIT Vishwaprayag University. She earned her Ph.D. in Commerce and Management (specializing in Human Resource Management) from Punyashlok Ahilyadevi Holkar Solapur University, an MBA in Human Resource Management and Systems from Bharati Vidyapeeth University, Pune, a PG Diploma in International Business Operations from IGNOU, and a B.Sc. in Chemistry from Shivaji University. Her doctoral thesis evaluated the work-life balance of women police employees in Solapur District. With over 16 years of academic teaching experience and 2 years of corporate industry experience as an HR Officer at Smruthi Organics Ltd, her expertise covers work-life balance, occupational stress, AI in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR analytics.
