Dr. Shama Vijay Kadadi is an Assistant Professor in the School of Business at MIT Vishwaprayag University, Solapur. She holds a Ph.D. in Marketing and an M.B.A. in Marketing/HR from Visvesvarayya Technological University, Belagavi, and Karnatak University, Dharwad, respectively, along with passing UGC-NET in Management and earning MS-CIT certification. Her doctoral dissertation examined the impact of physicians’ emotional intelligence on patient satisfaction. With 16 years of teaching experience and 14 years of research background across leading institutes in Solapur, Belgaum, and Hubballi, her core academic focus encompasses emotional intelligence, consumer behavior, and psychological well-being.
