- Physics & Chemistry as compulsory subjects; Mathematics or Biology as optional subject

- 10+2 from formal classroom-based schooling (CBSE / State Board / ICSE / ISC or equivalent)
Entrance / Selection
- NEET — non-zero positive score (preferred); OR MHT-CET 2026 — non-zero score
- Preference given to NEET-qualified candidates over MHT-CET candidates
- Open Schooling (NIOS / State Open) students are not eligible as per PCI norms
