Bio

Prof. Unmesh Shahane is an accomplished artist, designer, and educator with over 30 years of professional experience spanning visual arts, printing technology, event management, and social initiatives. His practice seamlessly blends traditional art techniques with modern design strategies to create meaningful learning experiences. He is deeply committed to mentoring aspiring designers, helping them bridge the gap between theoretical concepts and real-world application while fostering innovation and creative confidence.

Professional Experience

A serial entrepreneur and creative leader, Prof. Shahane founded S.K. Computers & Printers (1997–Present) to deliver comprehensive printing solutions and S.K. Computers Shikshan Sanstha (1993–Present) to provide computational design education to rural students. He also leads Atharva Graphics, specializing in documentaries and social campaigns. As the founder-secretary of both the Swan Art Foundation and Shivranjani Social Organization, he actively promotes art education and cultural self-expression. His industry engagement includes over two decades of professional event management and contributions as an illustrator for various publications.
